中文 NEWSupdate:2022-11-28NO.: DOC221101-01Extension 2 years to apply UKCA markingOn November14, 2022, The UK government has announced businesses will be given an additional 2 years to apply UKCA marking. The UK government will continue to recognise the CE product marking in Great Britain for a further 2 years, allowing business to use either UKCA or CE markings until 31 December 2024. Due to the difficult economic conditions, the UK government does not want to burden business with the requirement to meet the original (31 December 2022) deadline. Businesses can use the either UKCA or CE markings, giving them flexibility to choose which marking to apply. The deadline for when businesses need to use the UKCA mark has been extended. You can continue to use the CE marking on the GB market until 31 December 2024. For further details, please refer to the below link:
